Strategic Partners

At the National Institute for Construction Excellence (NICE), we work hard at our mission to reach out to middle school and high school students to make sure they are aware of career options within the construction industry for two main reasons.  First, we want these students to know there are several paths they may follow that can lead them all to a successful and meaningful career.  Second, we want the students to realize that these career opportunities can all be realized right here in Kansas City.  We want to stress that their success and professional growth is intimately connected to the continued growth and success of Kansas City.

Since 1998, NICE has been working within the schools of metropolitan Kansas City in order to accomplish its mission.  The NICE curriculum is provided to the schools and students at no cost to participating schools.

NICE is seeking Strategic Partners to help take this meaningful program to the next level.  We want to, and need to, reach more students in order to make sure that as many Kansas City metropolitan students are aware of career options within the construction industry.  There is anecdotal evidence that this program has positively influenced students to choose and follow a career path that they were exposed to in the NICE curriculum. If you want to help NICE-KC in their efforts to reach students and teach them about the careers in construction - please click the "Donate" button at the bottom of the page.
